So what is all this hype about?
Welcome friends to the new world
of Programmable Pulsation Pumps!
Nick here from JN OUTLET. As a trusted
friend of CTC Company, they were delighted to hear our interest
in the Digi4000 Programmable Pump - CTC's newest line of electronic
vacuum pumps. You can't imagine HOW EXCITED we were when a DigiPump
4000 arrived at our doorstep for our review a few days later.
So what does this Programmable
Pulsation Pump do?
To understand this better, I'd like
to share with you the history of pumping, in specific we'll focus
this lesson on electronic vacuum pumps, DigiPump 4000 predecessor.
After you read this, I'm sure you'll
gain an appreciation of the where pumping came from, and how we
got to this BRAND NEW technology CTC has fashioned for us.
A Brief History of Penis Pumping
and Electronic Pumps.
Back when pumping was in its infancy, late 1960s, pumping enthusiasts
(out of necessity) had to piece together penis pumping equipment
from their local hardware stores. Though people still do it today,
it is for different reasons -- they do it for the challenge, or
simply to save money.
Pumps that have been selected in
the past ranged from the manual bilge pump style all the way to
electronic (hands-free) versions, like a vacuum cleaner. Yes,
VACUUM CLEANERS. To what extent were their vacuum cleaners a success
or failure? I do not know...but it I'd venture to say, they must
have produced very loud & VERY interesting pumping sessions.
For about a 10 year period since
the 60's, great knowledge was gained about penis pumping. At around
1970, the entrepreneurs of these underground pumping groups soon
became the manufacturers of penis pumps. Companies like CTC Company
& Vacutech arrived on the scene in the late 1960s, early 1970's.
Dr Joel Kaplan came a bit later but was still based his products
on this old school knowledge. Which reminds me...
...here's a history lesson on Kaplan.
DR Joel Kaplan made his entry into the pumping market a very unique
way by bringing a plethora of pumping knowledge to a 1-900 number
that ANY interested party could call. DR Joel Kaplan gave "normal"
people (socially accepted by society's standards) the push they
needed to get into penis pumping. DR Joel Kaplan's efforts helped
bring pumping to the mainstream.
This is not to say that DR Kaplan
single-handedly spearheaded this effort, by no means. In 1984,
porn star Scott Taylor directed and starred in a video, How to
Enlarge Your Penis. This single video also helped pumping reach
a broader market.
A little off track there. So back
to pumps.
When CTC, Kaplan & Vacutech hit
the market, they brought with them technology. They brought with
them ELECTRIC PUMPS. Though they did sell handpumps, ELECTRIC
PUMPS were and still is considered the HOTROD of vacuum
extraction pumps, AND these companies delivered.
Vacutech released their Electronic
Pump.
DR Joel Kaplan released his MegaVac
Pump.
CTC Company did one better than both other companies. They
came out with the XL1000. The first and only electric PULSATING
PUMP.
What makes CTC's XL1000 different
from the rest? Both Vacutech and Kaplan's electronic pump delivers
constant steady pressure. CTC's XL1000, on the other hand, delivers
pulsating pressure at 50 pulses per minute.
You see, even back in the late 60's
pumpers knew that the best enlargement results were the product
of "pulsating the pressure" inside the penis cylinder.
Static (constant) pressure worked, but not nearly as well as the
pulses.
And CTC Company delivered!
Since its launch in 1970, CTC's XL1000
underwent 2 more revisions, the XL2000 and the XL3000 to further
enhance our pumping experience.
No other company introduced anything
similar to this since.
Here is a picture of CTC's XL1000
and 3000.

CTC Company's XL1000 Electronic
Pulsating Pump

Company's XL3000 Electronic Pulsating Pump
As Gary Griffin writes in The Pumpers Handbook,
"The ugly duckling of the electric vacuum extractors
(XL1000) is also one of the most powerful and versatile. CTC's
electric unit is deceptively simple in appearance. There is a
very CLEAR difference between their unit (XL1000) and the other
two electric systems (MegaVac & Vacutech electronic pump)
reviewed. Whereas the MegaVac and Vacutech systems generate a
steady vacuum, the XL1000 provides a strong suck-release-suck-release
cycle that pulses and throbs on the penis at 50 strokes per minute.
The XL1000 is designed to maximize development of the penis rather
than generate an orgasm. The pleasurable sensations associated
with the XL1000 are purely accidental.
Then in late 2006, from out of nowhere
came CTC Company's DigiPump 4000. A revolutionary tool
that molds modern day technology with an electronic pulsating
pump.

CTC Company's DigiPump 4000
The DigiPump 4000 offers COMPLETE
DIGITAL CONTROL over pulsating pressures.
You see, with the XL1000, there were
50 pulses per minute. You could not increase beyond 50, you could
not slow it down below 50. 50 is what you got...
...and since the XL1000 was doing
such a fantastic job pulsing away at people's penis', nobody really
said anything. Though it would have been a nice feature.
That's where DigiPump 4000 save's
the day! This fabulous pumping tool puts you in control over the
pulsation's you receive. The DigiPump 4000 continuously loops
a 10-step pumping sequence to your specification. You control
the vacuum and the duration, plot them on a 10-step sequence for
the DigiPump to follow, hit the go button AND YOUR OFF AND PUMPING!

Big Deal in a Small Package"
Welcome to a brand new world of pumping, pumpers!
It has been a long wait but it is finally here!
Introducing CTC's newest addition to its line of electronic pulsation
pumps, the DigiPump 4000.
When we took this out of the box we were absolutely
stunned at how small this unit is. Compared to its predecessors,
the XL1000, 2000 and 3000, the DigiPump 4000 reminded me a little
of Mighty Mouse (small but super-strength).
Measuring in at roughly 6 inches x 6 inches x
only 3 inches high, we stood there in a kind of awe what miracles
could be released from such a small package.
But first things first - the Software Installation.
We stuck the CD-Rom in our computer, the installation process
began automatically, we hit <NEXT> a few times and ended
with a <FINISH> button. Just like how the instructions told
us it was going to happen..
Next, we attached the DigiPump to the computer
using the supplied USB cable, turned on the unit and opened the
software program called Digital Maximizer. A connection was made
and we were ready to rumble.
In all, installation went smoothly. Can't get
better than that! Note that for this device to operate, you must
have a PC...THERE IS NO MAC SUPPORT YET.
A Brief Overview
Before we dive straight into pumping, and for those just joining
us, here is a brief description of what the DigiPump 4000 is and
does. First let me point out the obvious so that I do not lose
anybody -- penis pumping requires vacuum pressure in the cylinder.
There are two ways to achieve vacuum pressure, manually (handpump
of some sort) or via electronic pump (Digi 4000). Usually, Non-CTC
electronic pumps maintain steady vacuum pressure. CTC Company's
electric pumps actually create pulsating pressure. The rate at
which the pressures pulsed was set at 50 pulses per minute. This
rate could not be changed, UNTIL NOW. With the arrival of the
DigiPump, the 50/minute pulse rate is no longer locked in.
DigiPump 4000 gives you complete control over
pulsating vacuum pressures. You dial in the initial settings,
and DigiPump does the rest.
When we turned the DigiPump on; The rest was history
Here's what we discovered about the DigiPump
4000.
"Hands-Free Pumping, COMPUTERIZED!"
DigiPump 4000 offers us a keen advantage that was
previously NOT available to the penis pumping community -- Full
DIGITAL CONTROL over pulsating pressures.
By being able to alter pressures and duration
(time), we were able to EASILY create and save MANY pumping routines
as fast as we could test them - Very Fast, Very Easy. VERY USER
FRIENDLY.
The pulsation effects that
we achieved using this device could have NEVER been accomplished
before. The DigiPump 4000 turned out to be much more than we expected.
We created pumping routines that slowly ramped
up pressure and held it there. We created pulsating routines that
jumped from lower to higher and back to lower vacuum pressures.
We even, for historical purposes, created the 50 pulses per minute
routine.
See for yourself how EASY it is to do this. You
set it and forget it - Totally Hands-Free
Here's how it works
"Effortlessly Create
Pumping Routines"
The DigiPump 4000 operates by
continuously looping a 10-step pumping routine that controls pressure
and time. You setup these 10-steps to your liking through the
software program, Digital Maximizer, on your computer. When you
hit "RUN," sit back relax and enjoy the ride!
Here is an example, in plain English, on how the
DigiPump reads the 10-steps.
Step 1 - increase Vacuum to 2HG and hold
for 5 seconds, move to step 2
Step 2 - increase Vacuum to 3HG and hold for 5 seconds,
move to step 3
Step 3 - decrease Vacuum to 2HG and
hold for 5 seconds, move to step 4
Step 4 - increase Vacuum to 3HG and hold for 10
seconds, move to step 5
Step 5 - decrease Vacuum to 2HG and hold for 5 seconds,
move to step 6
Step 6 - Increase Vacuum to 4HG and hold for 15
seconds, move to step 7
Step 8 - Decrease Vacuum to 2HG and hold for 5 seconds,
move to step 8
Step 8 - Increase Vacuum to 5HG and hold for 5 seconds,
move to step 9
Step 9 - Decrease Vacuum to 2HG and hold for 5 seconds,
move to step 10
Step 10-Increase Vacuum to 5HG and hold for 30 seconds,
loop back to Step 1
This is a pulsating routine we created in about
20 seconds. It takes 90 seconds to go from Step 1 to Step 10,
but the DigiPump will continuously loop indefinitely until you
tell it to stop. Furthermore, you don't even need to loop it --
we made a routine that ramped up the pressure until it held it
level for 45 minutes at Step 10. The choice is yours.
Take a look at the characters in BOLD and
compare it to the screenshot below. Notice that the items in BOLD
are the values YOU have control over to create a custom pumping
routine. Take a look below; The program above is the same as the
program below. How easy is that? EASY.

Digital Maximizer Screenshot
"Fun
& Easy - A Delight to Use"
The feature that stands out most
is the Ease of Use. Normally, we would like to assume that hi-tech
computer devices SHOULD be automatically come User Friendly. This
is not always the case. Creating something like this AND making
it USER FRIENDLY takes a lot of foresight, BETA testing, and a
damned flexible software writer to accomplish. CTC did not overlook
anything.
As soon as we opened the software, Digital Maximizer,
our instruction manual went in the trash. We simply didn't need
it anymore. The software design was so intuitive (Easy) that we
immediately knew what we had to do to operate this machine. Take
a look again at the screenshot above for minute. Easy to figure
out right? Now take notice of those up and down arrows next to
each Step. CTC made this interface so user-friend, you can run
this entire machine (programming included) by pointing and clicking.
Fear not, computer illiterate friends. If you
can somewhat understand the above screenshot then you can operate
this machine > But don't throw away your instruction manual
like we did. We're just a bunch of computer geek showoffs.
"Computer-Controlled
-OR- Stand-alone It Does Both!"
Don't as us why we did it, but we saved the BEST
FEATURE for last!
When we mentioned that "CTC did not overlook
anything," it did not apply just to the software, but the
hardware also. CTC gave us a machine that has RE-WRITEABLE MEMORY!
By integrating Flash Memory with Microprocessor
Technology, the DigiPump 4000 store and run your favorite pumping
routine directly from its own memory banks.
What does this mean for you?
With the DigiPump 4000, you are NOT confined to
your computer. You can pump most anywhere there is an electrical
socket OR a 12VDC battery source, i.e. boat, car, truck, semi-truck,
bus...you get the point.
And that cool LCD display that you've been wondering
about? Here's what it does: When not attached to the computer
the LCD displays each step, the actual pressure being pumped,
and a countdown of time remaining for each step. You'll know every
step of the way what the DigiPump is doing to your penis :) When
you are using the computer to control the DigiPump, the software
will display that information, much like how you see on the below
screenshot to the right (black area). You would actually click
the Vacuum Level Control tab on the top to view what is happening
in real time - Same graph though.

DigiPump 4000, Front View
Let's back up a bit. You might have been asking
before, how easy is it to download a file to the DigiPump? Take
a look at the screenshot again...here it is below. Once you have
your favorite pumping routine on the screen, it is a matter of
clicking the button [Save to Device]. From there it takes about
1 second download. You blink your eye, it's done!

"A Big Deal in a
Small Package"
Yes, CTC Company's DigiPump 4000 is indeed a big
deal in a small package!
After using the DigiPump 4000, I better have a
real good reason to use my handpump. I love my DigiPump 4000 ("Chris,
do I have to return it?").
Ease of Use
The DigiPump 4000 does an excellent job at keeping you in total
control. Through its software interface, called Digital Maximizer,
CTC provides for fun and EASY way to create, store and share custom
pumping routines you created.
Portability
Teamed with DigiPump's stand-alone feature, small footprint and
its 12VDC operating power supply, taking DigiPump 4000 on road

become a habit.
Recommendation
CTC Company's DigiPump 4000 is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone looking
for a hands-free solution to pumping. Giving you total control
over pulsating pressures is what sets this machine apart from
most all other electronic pumps.
I can't emphasize this more - DigiPump 4000 is
an absolute pleasure to use. From its intuitive interface and
