2nd Cylinder Size
To select a penis & scrotum cylinder, a.k.a. 2nd expansion cylinder, simply add 1 inch to the size of the penis cylinder (1st expansion cylinder). For instance, if you have selected a penis cylinder that is 2 inches in diameter, then select a penis & scrotum cylinder that is 3 inches in diameter.

However, if you are overweight and/or have a significant stomach area, then select a penis & scrotum cylinder that is 1 1/4 inches larger than the penis cylinder (1st expansion cylinder). In the above example, you would have selected a penis & scrotum cylinder 3 1/4 inches in diameter instead of a 3 incher.
